Promotional Opportunities

The Warped Big Game Festival Weekend is an excellent opportunity to promote your paintball venue, products, or event. There are a number of packages available:

Silver Sponsorship: (leafleting) : POA

• Logo medium size on event literature.
• Small Logo/banner advert on Website.
• Leaflet drop points at Registration and at Players Party (unlimited leaflet numbers), with one leaflet given to each player, by event staff, at registration.
• Up to 10 banners at the event (must be supplied at least 2 weeks prior to the event, and will be erected and removed by Warped staff)

Gold Sponsorship: (Product Sales) :  POA

• Up to 20m x 4m trade stand at the event.
• Access to event Friday 2nd May from 10.00 am
• Rights to sell equipment at the event.
• Logo on event literature.
• Medium Logo/banner advert on website.
• Up to 10 banners at the event (must be supplied by the sponsor at least 2 weeks prior to the event, and will be erected and removed by Warped staff)

Platinum Sponsorship: (Product and Paint Sales) : POA

• No limit on size of trade stand at the event.
• Access to the event Friday 2nd May from 10.00 am.
• Rights to sell products and paintballs at the event.
• Logo on event literature.
• Medium logo/banner advert on website.
• Up to 20 banners at the event (banners must be supplied by sponsor at least 2 weeks prior to the event, and will be erected and removed by warped staff).

Diamond Sponsorship: (Promotional Partner) : POA

• No limit on the size of trade stand at the event.
• Access to the event up to two days prior to all other traders (i.e. Wednesday 30th April for purposes of setting up stand only).
• Rights to sell paintballs and products at the event.
• Large company logo ("in association with") on promotional literature for the event.
• Logo on front page (intro) of the Big Game website ("in association with")
• Large logos & banner ad on website.
• Up to 50 banners at the event (banners must be supplied by your company at least 2 weeks prior to the event, and will be erected and removed by warped event staff).
• Distribution of leaflets to players via event mail shot marketing program (leaflets must be supplied by the sponsor at least 2 weeks prior to date mail shot is scheduled for delivery).
• Up to 10 banners at players party on Saturday 3rd May night (above banner requirements apply).
• Regular promotions throughout the event and at player’s party delivered through the event PA system.
